Today, I am studying the Book of Joel. I was led to it in a strange way (even for me). I had dozed off with the TV remote in my hand and dreamed I was in a place where there were sidewalks and a bit of a drought. In the dream(which was very vivid), I am holding some kind of water nozzle in my right hand(the TV remote) and spraying water from it into the dry ground. Oddly, the nozzle did not have any hose or any visible water source. I’m tripping on the strange physics at play here when I notice a dehydrated and comatose frog in the dust. Without thought-I started spraying the mummified frog. The reptile began to respond by growing healthy and huge very quickly and at the same time started moving toward the water source (and me!) at breakneck speed. Naturally, I’m freaking out and a small part of me is analyzing the situation and tossing up naturalistic explanations to cover the fact that physical laws seem to be suspended here. I awake in the usual sweat after such a mind altering dream. Prophetic?
